Dave Morton

Hello, there's a picture of me on the right-hand side - if you click on my picture you will get a huge picture of me that you could use as your desktop, if you wanted.

If you want to email me my address is Dave_Morton@redgateopen.co.uk

If I was the manager I would play myself Up Front. I don't mind playing Centre Midfield if I must. If it's a toss up between being a substitute or playing Wide Midfield, I suppose it would do.

After the match, if someone's getting the drinks in I'll usually have a Newcastle Brown Ale, but if it's Clayton's round, he can get me a Jack Daniels and Coke.

My favourite ever match was Redgate 6 v 0 Pinefield Villa, because I was playing for no-mark Villa at the time and I realised if I ever wanted to enjoy myself I would have to join a good team, so me and my best friend Paul Woods decided we would play for the mighty Redgate.

If I was asked to manage a World XI, which I was, to play the Mighty Redgate, the team which would narrowly beat them would include the following players:

Given

Watson   Moncur   Albert   Beresford

Lee   Clarke   Van Der Vart   Nedved

    Morton   Chopra
